Hello and welcome!
My name is Morgan, and I am a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA) and Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) in Ontario. I am also the owner of ABA by the Bay. I am licensed for autonomous practice in Ontario by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysis (CPBAO).
Since I began my career in ABA around 5 years ago, I have had a dream to start my own business. I have witnessed firsthand the lack of ABA services in Parry Sound, and I am eager to fill that gap.
I have a passion for ABA because it combines science, compassion, and collaboration to create meaningful outcomes for children and families. I am dedicated to using evidence-based strategies to teach functional skills, foster independence, and support socially significant behaviour change. My goal is to help each child thrive while empowering caregivers with practical tools that can be used in everyday life.
If you are interested in services, please reach out and we can create a plan that works for you.

Service Support Areas
Daily Living Skills

We can support skill acquisition for skills related to daily living. Some of these skills include toilet training, hygiene, school readiness skills, and emotional regulation.
Communication Skills

We can support growth in communication related to communicating wants and needs, speaking in sentences, and using Picture Exchange Communication Systems.
Social Skills

We work with children to support the growth of social skills, so that they can feel confident in peer encounters.
Challenging Behaviours

We can support the reduction of challenging behaviour, while working to increase skills related to engaging in appropriate behaviours. Some challenging behaviours include: kicking, screaming, hitting, and tantrums.
